CLEANSERS (“Body Wash”)

  • Cetaphil Cleanser (bar is preferable)
  • Neutrogena Foaming Wash
  • Purpose Cleanser
  • Dove Sensitive Skin (for those with very dry skin only, not those with acne-prone skin)

MOISTURIZERS (1st line treatment for those with Eczema)

  • Cetaphil Lotion - Great for acne-prone skin, mild enough to use on face
  • Cetaphil Cream - Thicker cream / not for acne-prone skin
  • Eucerin Original Cream - For very dry skin / not for acne-prone
  • Eucerin Original Lotion - For very dry skin / spreads more easily and less greasy than cream 
  • Aquaphor - for severely dry skin / feels like Vaseline
  • CeraVe - one step above Aquaphor

FACIAL MOISTURIZERS WITH SUNSCREEN

  • Neutrogenea Defense Daily Moisturizer
  • Eucerin Everyday Protection Face Lotion
  • Use one from List above, followed by sunscreen
